    Todd,
I do not believe you are using Kraft Parmesan cheese. I will get you good cheese. What good Italian boy uses fake cheese!

  2. Todd says:

Actually it is Kraft, but we can always use more cheese!

great recipe but…you are never supposed to “drain” excess oil off with paper towels. I noticed that you have done this with the fried chicken as well. You need to use a cooling rack. please if you are going to develope educational cooking videos, advise those who really want to learn, the correct way to do it.

Thanks, Tom! As you can see from our site, we’re just beginner cooks learning along the way. All advice is greatly appreciated.

What’s the reason for not using paper towels?

  5. Thanks so much for this. This might sound weird, but I spent the first couple of years of my life in Naples, then travelled around the globe. Now I’m living in New Zealand, with my Chinese wife, and son we had whilst in Japan! Truly internationalized, eh? Anyway, I’ve been trying to rediscover the smells and tastes of my youth with some authentic Italian recipe like these, best I’ve found so far! Thanks again, I’ll see if I can add the feed to my google reader tonight, though my son usually does that for me!
