  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Mix chopped meat with one egg, salt, pepper, ketchup, 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs and salsa
  3. Shape meat into a loaf
  4. Spread Barbecue Sauce over the meat
  5. Bake for an hour
